The challenge
An e-commerce education platform runs on a constant supply of teaching content — course topics to cover, modules to structure, learning plans to map out, and a steady stream of blog posts to publish. Producing all of it by hand is slow, repetitive work that's easy to fall behind on, and it pulls a small team away from the actual teaching.
Ecomaholics needed a real, live platform to publish from, and a back office that did more than store content: it had to help the team generate and write that content — topics, modules, plans, and blogs — without stitching together a pile of disconnected AI tools.
Our approach
Nexgale built both halves as one piece of work. The public side is ecomaholics.com, a live e-commerce education platform that learners use today. The private side is a custom admin panel for the team that runs it, with AI writing assistance built directly into the content workflow rather than bolted on afterwards.
The aim was practical: put the AI where the work happens. When someone in the admin sits down to plan a course or write a post, the tools for drafting topics, modules, plans, and blogs — and inline suggestions — are right there on the same screen, so producing teaching content is part of the normal flow instead of a separate chore in a separate app.

Because the AI sits inside the workflow rather than in a separate product, the help arrives at the moment the work is being done — which turns keeping the platform's content fresh into a manageable, ongoing habit instead of a backlog.
